CURRY RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:-
· Golden curry sauce mix-1 packet(this can be bought at penang eg:JUSCO) · 2 potatoes ( · 2 carrots ( · 2 onions · 2 packets of meat/chicken-slice it into cubes(better with meat) · 0.7 litre of water(one and a ½ of normal mineral bottle) · Kikoman soy sauce (can be bought at GIANT)-to increase the flavour · 2 cups of normal rice
PROCEDURE:
1)These are the ingredients you need (simple
right? \(^。^ ) )
2) -Then,sliced the 2 packets of
meat into cubes(that is my dad,well don`t mind the background I hardly had them
tidied up.
- Place the meat into the pan
and heat them up with medium heat for 5 minutes to let the juice out(no need to
add water)
3)slice
all the potatoes,carrots and onions into cubes..(watch out your hands while
peeling off their skins or it will be yours..
4)
mix all the onions,carrots,potatoes with the meat and stir them slowly.Boil for
5 minutes
5)
after boiling for 5 minutes add 0.7 litre of water(one and a ½ of mineral
bottle)..(it really smells good..)
6)next,add
one packet of GOLDEN CURRY sauce mix paste and stir them.Boil it for 10
minutes..
7)After boiling for 10 minutes your`e done and it is time for serving…
-I know it doesn`t look that
pleasant but trust me this tastes great!!you could taste the meat juice
exploding in you taste bud because never judge a book by its
cover..(^.^)
